Flash Memory Types

The flash memory must support sector erase if it is to be used to hold configuration settings. PMON/IMON is currently aware of the following devices that support sector erase.

AMD Am29F010 - 5v 128KB

AMD Am29F040 - 5v 512KB

Atmel AT29F040 - 5v 512KB

Devices from other manufacturers that conform to the same programming method can be easily added to the table located in the file nvram.c. All you need to know is the flashcode.
