To build this package completely you will need a MIPS cross compiler,
and a native C compiler for your host.

If you have an Win9x/NT host, you must use Microsoft's Visual C++ package.

If you have a UNIX system, you probably have a native C compiler
and make utility. But if not, you can probably pick up a precompiled
compiler binary from the Internet, try the GNU archive site.

Please note that it is no longer possible to build this package using
a non-ANSI native C compiler. This means that it will not build using
the default C compiler on a SunOS system. If you are using a SunOS
system, you need to use either the optional ANSI C compiler, or gcc.
To use gcc, invoke the install program as "Install gcc".

Use the Install program to build or change the configuration of this
package. For more information on using SerialICE, please point your
browser at html/index.htm.
